Terms and Conditions

1. Full-Service Agreement
Holiday Bright Nights, a DBA of Lawn Warrior LLC, is a full-service holiday lighting company. Each installation includes design, product lease, testing, installation, maintenance, takedown, and off-season storage.

2. Product Ownership and Lease Terms
All decorations and lighting products are owned by Holiday Bright Nights and leased to the customer for the duration of the service. The company will purchase and maintain all decorations, replacing them as needed due to normal wear and tear. Customers are not responsible for replacement costs resulting from normal use.

3. Service Guarantee
Our work is 100% guaranteed. In the event of a product malfunction, we will respond within 24 hours and schedule a repair or replacement visit as soon as possible.

4. Weather & Safety
Installation schedules may be affected by weather conditions or safety concerns. Holiday Bright Nights reserves the right to delay or reschedule installations to ensure the safety of our team and your property.

5. Power Supply
The customer is responsible for ensuring outdoor electrical outlets are functional and adequate for the lighting display. Holiday Bright Nights is not responsible for issues related to the customer’s power source, circuits, or electrical system.

6. Property Access
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for installation, maintenance, and takedown during scheduled service times.

7. Property Disclaimer
Holiday Bright Nights takes great care during installation and removal. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for issues resulting from fragile, aged, or deteriorating materials such as shingles, siding, or landscaping.

8. Vandalism Policy
Holiday Bright Nights is not responsible for vandalism or damages caused by third parties. Replacements or repairs due to vandalism will be available at an additional cost.

9. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of installation.

10. Renewal of 3-Year Agreements
All 3-Year Agreements will automatically renew for an additional term unless the customer submits a written cancellation request before the renewal date.

11. Adjustments for Property Growth
Pricing may be adjusted if additional lighting is required due to the growth of trees, bushes, or property features that increase the installation area.

12. Early Termination of 3-Year Agreements
If a 3-Year Agreement is canceled before completion, the customer agrees to pay the difference between the Year 1 and Year 3 pricing for each completed year. Customers may cancel without penalty if the property has been sold.

13. Communication
All official communications, including scheduling, renewals, and cancellations, may be conducted by email or text message to the contact information provided by the customer.

14. Limitation of Liability
Holiday Bright Nights’ total liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our products or services.

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the parties shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Iowa, in accordance with applicable state laws.
